A homeowner in Adrain, ND, came across an article discussing the dangers of radon. Curious about what their level is, the homeowner decided they wanted to have their home tested. Unsure how to test, the homeowner looked into companies that could perform radon tests. At the top of their list was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our radon services. Impressed with our services, the homeowner knew we were the best choice. Next, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Since it was for radon, we sent one of our Radon Sales & Service Technicians, Jackson, to the home to provide them with some answers.

Solution

Once Jackson arrived, he began by performing a radon test in the home. After the test concluded, it showed high levels of radon in the home. Jackson recommended installing a Radon Mitigation System in the home to regulate the levels. Hoping to eliminate the issues, the homeowner agreed with Jackson's proposal. Once the proposal was approved, Jackson sent the plans to the office to be approved. Our Logistics team built and scheduled the project, and then Jackson was sent back to the home to install the Radon Mitigation System. Also referred to as a radon abatement, this takes dangerous levels of radon out of the home. Jackson successfully installed the inside and outside radon systems, so he cleaned up his materials and left the home.
