Eau Claire, WI, Radon Concerns Eliminated
Challenge
A homeowner in Eau Claire, WI, recently learned the dangers of radon, an odorless, tasteless, and invisible gas. Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that has become the second-leading cause of lung cancer. Anxious their home was not properly mitigated, the homeowner knew they needed to find a professional that would provide them with a solution. The homeowner asked their friends and family for any recommendations. Several family and friends recommended working with us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our website. Impressed with our previous radon projects, the homeowner knew we were the best company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate.
Solution
Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kyle, to the home to take a closer look. Kyle arrived at the home and started the radon test. While the test was completed, Kyle found the best place to install the Radon Mitigation System. After the test was completed, it showed the levels were dangerously high. To lower these levels, Kyle recommended installing a Radon Mitigation System in the home. The homeowner agreed with Kyle's recommendations, so he passed the plans along to our Logistics team to build and approve the plans. Our Logistics team built and scheduled the project for the following weeks. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Dakota, and his crew traveled to the home to install the system. Dakota and his team installed the Radon Mitigation System outside the home. Our Radon Mitigation Systems are designed depending on the structure of the home. Once the Radon Mitigation System was secured, Dakota and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was thankful to know their home's radon levels were lowered and no longer at risk. If you are worried your radon levels are high, sign up for your FREE estimate today!
