Radon Gas Mitigation Photo Album: Radon Mitigation in Harris, MN

Scott B. of Harris, MN wanted to get his home tested for radon, and he knew one of our Design Specialists, Jesse, so Scott called him and set up a FREE estimate. Jesse went to his home and tested his radon levels with our CRM (Continuous Radon Monitor), which takes about 48 hours to get accurate results. Scott got his test back and his radon levels were high, so he decided to move forward with the project and get our Radon Mitigation System installed. He got a date scheduled for the installation and had a great experience with Jesse.  Our Foreman, Geno, and his crew member, Dakota, started the installation by drilling a suction point in the sump basket and installing a PVC pipe. From there, our crew installed PVC piping until they got to the outside of the home, where they installed the Mitigation System. This system is the heart of the system; if it is not working properly, radon will not be able to escape the home. Then, Geno and Dakota ran PVC piping alongside the siding of the home, above the roof, to let radon escape and dissolve into the air.
