Additionally, SmartJacks are made with strong, corrosion-resistant, galvanized steel. The crew strategically attached SmartJacks to the walls, so the floors are sturdy. Once the crew secured all five SmartJacks along the south wall, they cleaned up their materials and left the home. After the Logistics team built the project, the plans were sent to our Foreman, Diego, and his crew to install CleanSpace on the basement walls. Once they arrived, Diego and his crew began the CleanSpace installation. CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that prevents humidity and mold growth. The crew installs CleanSpace by mechanically attaching them to the basement walls with plastic drilled-in fasteners. After Diego and his crew successfully installed the CleanSpace, they passed the plans along to our concrete Foreman, Patrick, and his crew to lift the patio. Patrick and his crew arrived at the home and began lifting the back patio with PolyLevel. The PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that restores the appearance and safety of the concrete. The crew started by strategically drilling small holes throughout the slab. Then, the crew inserts ports into those small holes. Next, the polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slabs. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. Once the PolyLevel injection was finished, the crew shifted their focus to filling the cracks and replacing the joints. The crew utilized NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and withstand harsh weather conditions. The crew begins by drilling, smoothing, and preparing the non-absorbent backer rod filler. Then, the NexusPro sealant is inserted in the prepared crack or control joint. Finally, the cracks are detailed with a thin layer of native sand, giving the concrete a uniform, finished appearance. Patrick and his crew completed their section of the project, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. When the crew went to the site, they began the project by drilling small pencil-sized holes throughout the front walkway. Next, they inserted ports inside the holes to reach the empty space below the slabs. Our PolyLevel foam was then injected through the ports to fill in the empty space and carefully lift the slabs back up. They used NexusPro sealant to fill in the holes back in and the empty joints in between each slab. To finish the project, the crew sprinkled a layer of native sand on top of the NexusPro for a smooth finish. The homeowner loved the results and was happy he found our company to help him out with this project and eliminate the trip hazards.

With the heavy rainfall that had been happening, water had made its way into the home and caused some damage to one of the basement rooms. They began by jackhammering channels along the floor of the problem walls and laying drainage stone inside. Then, they installed the WaterGuard system along with more clean stone on top. The crew also replaced the old sump pump with a new SuperSump pump. A feed line was then attached from the WaterGuard system to the SuperSump pump for the water to safely move from. The crew also fastened CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to the wall, which both brightened the space and added protection to the room from the leaky wall. Finally, concrete was poured over the WaterGuard to keep out dirt and debris and smooth out the floor again. When everything was properly installed and working, the crew cleaned up the space and headed out. The homeowner was impressed with all of the installations and how friendly and hard-working the crew was.
