On the day of the lift, Sam began by verifying the measurements Dave had left for them. Next, they strategically drilled dime-sized holes into the sunken concrete. Next, they inserted the PolyLevel through ports and made sure to closely monitor the lifting process to ensure no over-correction was made. Finally, they sealed the cracks and joints in the concrete with NexusPro. Now, our customer can move on to other projects and confidently sell her home!

Our Foreman, Ryan, and his crew arrived and began by installing the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, to lift the sinking concrete. To install the PolyLevel, the crew begins by strategically drilling small holes around the concrete slab. Once the holes are drilled, the crew installs small injection ports inside. Next, the polyurethane foam is injected below the concrete to fill voids and raise the slab. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. The crew shifted their focus to filling the joints in the concrete. To replace the joints, the crew utilized the NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based joint sealant. The NexusPro can provide long-lasting flexibility and can stand up to harsh weather conditions. The crew installed the NexusPro by drilling, smoothing, and preparing the joint with a non-absorbent backer rod filler. Then, the NexusPro is inserted in the prepared crack or control joint. Finally, the cracks are detailed with a thin layer of native sand, giving the concrete a uniform, finished appearance. The crew finished the project and left the home.
