Soon after the estimate was made, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Jesse, to investigate. Jesse arrived at the home and introduced himself to the homeowners, then he began the concrete evaluation. Once he was complete, Jesse could determine that the crack and unevenness were caused by sidewalk settlement. To avoid total replacement, Jesse suggested that the homeowner lift and level the sidewalk with our PolyLevel. After deliberating their options, the homeowner agreed with Jesse's suggestions and production began. Our Formen, Dylon and his crew traveled to the home to begin the PolyLevel and NexusPro installation. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam injection solution that restores the appearance and safety of the concrete. The crew started by strategically drilling small holes throughout the slab. Then, the crew inserts ports into those small holes. Next, the polyurethane foam is injected beneath the concrete to fill voids and raise the slabs. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. Once the PolyLevel injection was finished, the crew shifted their focus to filling the cracks and replacing the joints. The crew utilized NexusPro Sealant, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and withstand harsh weather conditions. The crew begins by drilling, smoothing, and preparing the non-absorbent backer rod filler. Then, the NexusPro sealant is inserted in the prepared crack or control joint. Finally, the cracks are detailed with a thin layer of native sand, giving the concrete a uniform, finished appearance. Once the NexusPro installation was complete, the crew cleaned up their site and left the home. Dylon and his crew completed the project and cleaned up their materials. A homeowner in Sauk Rapids, MN had cracks in their foundation wall, causing them to worry about the safety of their home. They came across our website online and did some research on our foundation repair products. They requested a FREE Estimate so our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to their home to inspect the wall and offer some solutions. Shane answered all of the homeowner's questions and they were confident in our GeoLock Wall Anchor System, so they went ahead and got an installation date scheduled. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the process by digging five holes outside of the home. From the inside of the basement, our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation to each hole outside beyond the home. Juan and his crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchors to the ends of each rod. Once tightened and secured, the wall anchor system stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil. To complete the installation, our team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. The homeowner was happy with the work and had a great experience from start to finish!
