Full Basement Waterproofing in Arcadia, WI

Allen S. in Arcadia, WI had water coming up through the concrete floor in his basement. He was dealing with standing water and high levels of humidity. He was tired of trying to temporarily patch this problem by himself and decided it was time to have a professional inspect the situation. He saw a commercial for American Waterworks and thought we looked like a good fit for him. Shortly after contacting us, we sent a Design Specialist to his home to provide him with a solution and a FREE onsite estimate.

Our Design Specialist built a personalized plan with Allen that would permanently waterproof his basement. Allen was pleased with how thorough and detailed the proposal was and it had been a particularly rainy spring, so Allen was ready to move forward with the installation as soon as possible.

Our crew installed a full perimeter of WaterGuard, lateral feed lines through the middle of the basement to guide water to the WaterGuard, and a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard drainage system directs any water seeping in to the sump pump. Once the water reaches the sump pump, it is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled to the outside of the home. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, so Allen has peace of mind that he chose to protect his basement for the long-term.

Sunken Concrete Walkway and Porch in Trempealeau, WI

Lesley E. in Trempealeau, WI had 3 concrete slabs on her sidewalk up to the house that had become uneven and had started to chip. Also, the step up to her front porch had started cracking and crumbling on the bottom because the connecting concrete slab was sinking. She wanted to find a non-invasive and affordable way to repair the concrete, so she started researching contractors in her area. She came across American Waterworks and was interested in learning more about our PolyLevel foam concrete repair solution. She got in touch with us, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kevin McWithey, to her home to give her a free onsite estimate.

She was pleased to learn that PolyLevel is a faster and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair, while still being durable, so she set a date for the installation. Our PolyLevel expert drilled penny-size holes into the concrete slabs where he needed to inject the foam. He then injected the foam until the concrete was raised and leveled back to its original position. Lastly, he filled the cracks with our Nexus Pro sealant. The entire process took about two hours, and now Lesley can enjoy a level front porch and walkway for years to come.

Worn Down Walkway in Arcadia, WI

A homeowner in Arcadia, WI was preparing for the upcoming warmer months and wanted to schedule some repairs to his front walkway area.
