Wet Basement Fixed in La Crosse, WI

A homeowner in La Crosse, WI had water leaking into their basement. They worked with American Waterworks for the repairs. Our Foreman and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our crew installed Our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system that has easily accessible service ports when it comes time for annual maintenance and they collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier, which prevents moisture and water from seeping through the walls and it saves money on energy costs by keeping the basement warm. Lastly, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump, which keeps basements dry for long periods of time by discharging water out of the basement. To complete the project, our Foreman and his crew filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over all of it, ensuring the basement looked cleaner than when they found it.
