Sump Pumps Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Mahnomen, MN

Perry and Julie D. of Mahnomen, MN had water leaking into their basement, causing them to worry about mold growth and water moisture problems. They called American Waterworks and got a FREE Estimate scheduled with our Design Specialist, Rick Weber. Rick went to their home, inspected their problems, and came up with a solution that fit their needs and budget. Perry and Julie were confident in Rick's proposal of our TripleSafe Sump Pump System and SaniDry XP Dehumidifier, so they followed through with the project and got an installation date scheduled.  Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System in the corner of the basement. Our TripleSafe is the best sump pump we offer for homeowners, it provides three layers of protection, and it solves all three water problems in one system. Lastly, our team cut out a feed line from the WaterGuard to the TripleSafe, which helps guide water to the sump pump. To complete the project, Matt and his crew covered the open floor gaps with rock and applied new concrete over it, and put the SaniDry XP Dehumidifier next to the sump pump. Our SaniDry can dry up to 2,500 square feet and can remove up to 109 liters of water per day. Perry and Julie had a great experience with our team and were grateful we were able to help them!
