Jeanette R. of Devils Lake, ND had water leaking into her basement, causing her to worry about the value of her home. She saw some American Waterworks vehicles and yard signs in her area, so she decided to give us a call. Our Design Specialist, Ian, went to her house for a FREE estimate to inspect her water leaks. Ian proposed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain and our SuperSump Plus M53, both of which provide an efficient way for water to escape the home. Jeanette was confident in our products and had a great experience with Ian, so she signed the proposal and got an installation date scheduled.  Our Foreman, Cameron, and his crew started the installation by jackhammering out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Inside the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard, which is designed as an underground drain and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team replaced Jeanette's pre-existing sump pump with our SuperSump Plus M53, which has two pumps and keeps water out of the basement. To complete the project, our Foreman and his crew covered the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them.
