Next, the crew attached 10 PowerBraces on the south wall, then 10 GeoLock Wall Anchors on the north wall. Once all the produts were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. A home in Renville, MN had major structural issues in the basement and the bank that owned the home knew that they value would be decreased if it was not repaired. Our crew drilled long, metal rods through the block foundation wall and into the soil surrounding the home. They secured the rods by installing anchor plates on each end and tightening them as far as they could go. The anchors should continue to be tightened over time as well to help straighten the wall back to its original position.
