Joe L. in Rose Creek, MN contacted American Waterworks after seeing one of our yard signs in his neighbor’s yard. The sidewalk along his house was settling and guiding water towards the foundation after any rain or melting snow. He was interested in our PolyLevel concrete repair option, and was happy to learn how quick, affordable, and non-invasive it was. 

Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, and Co-Foreman, Chris Schomaker, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and cleaned up their work area. Next, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter of the basement, made to prevent mold and humidity development. Then, our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System which provides three levels of water protection. To complete the project, Jeromy and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Bill was very satisfied with the work and had a great experience with both Kevin and Jeromy!
