A homeowner from West Concord, MN, got in touch with us when he realized that the concrete leading up to his front door was showing signs of sinking, slowly creating tiny trip hazards. The homeowner didn't want the issue to get worse; knowing that uneven concrete can be a hassle when shoveling or snow blowing. After doing research, he found our website. After Will completed his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that he was right to contact us. Will informed him that sinking concrete is simpler and cheaper to fix right away rather than waiting. Will told him that we could fix the issue using our PolyLevel method. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected below concrete slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lifting the slabs back to their original place. The homeowner agreed with Will's recommendations and the work was scheduled to be completed a few weeks later. 

On the day of the project, our Foreman, Troy, and his team made quick work of the installation. When the job was complete, the homeowner was thrilled to know he had saved himself a headache when the first snow falls!

Gary R. in Blooming Prairie, MN was tired of having a sunken, uneven concrete driveway. A friend recommended that he contact American Waterworks, so we sent our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, to his home to give him a FREE estimate. One of our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into the driveway and injected the polymer foam until the concrete slabs were raised and level. Once he had finished raising the concrete, he sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant which protects the concrete and gives it a beautiful, finished look. This process took about half a day. A customer from Blooming Prairie, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his concrete patio was beginning to sink away from the siding of his home. He was afraid that if left untreated, the trip hazard would become more dangerous.
