A homeowner in Champlin, MN, noticed water stains on their cement basement floors. Wanting the issue resolved, the homeowner began looking for a solution. During their search, the homeowner saw our impressive reviews. The homeowner decided to sign up for our FREE estimate on our website and awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Jesse. When Jesse arrived at the home, he began his in-depth analysis of the basement. Jesse found that the edges of the home were where the water was seeping in. To stop the leaking, Jesse suggested that the basement be fully waterproofed. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with Jesse's suggestions. Once they received the stamp of approval, the plans were directed to our Foreman, Crescencio, and his crew. When they arrived, Crescencio and his crew began by installing the WaterGuard in the northeast corner of the basement. After the WaterGuard was installed, the crew installed the SuperSump in the closet. Finally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. After all the waterproofing products were installed, the crew cleaned up the materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their basement was properly waterproofed. American Waterworks is happy to waterproof their customers' basements.
A homeowner in Champlin, MN, began hearing odd noises coming from their basement. Unsure of the source, the homeowner searched throughout their basement. Finally, the homeowner found that the source of the sound was their outdated sump pump. Worried about the long-term effects this could have, the homeowner began looking for a professional solution. Unsure of who to work with, the homeowner asked a friend who had similar issues in the past. Their friend recommended working with us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After their estimates were set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Nick. Once he arrived, Nick introduced himself to the homeowner and began inspecting the status of the sump pump. Nick wrapped up the inspection and determined that the sump pump needed to be replaced. Additionally, Nick recommended installing WaterGuard and attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. The homeowner agreed with Nick's suggestions and the plans were sent to the office for approval. Once they were approved, they were sent to our Foreman, Diego, and his crew. Diego and his crew started the project by taking out the old sump pump. Once the old sump pump was removed, the crew dug channels and put the WaterGuard into place. Next, they secured the SuperSump+ into place and tied it to the WaterGuard system. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist its customers with their sump pump issues.

A homeowner from Champlin, MN, had noticed that her front stoop and adjoining walkway were beginning to separate. Curious about what the cause could be, she decided to search for a company that might be able to shed some light on the issue. After seeing one of our print ads in a local shopper, she decided to give us a call and set up her FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our design specialist headed out to the home.
Once our Design Specialist completed his walkthrough, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendation. He informed her that concrete can sink for various reasons, such as soil over-saturation, drought times, or poor soil compaction before the slab was laid. He said that American Waterworks could fix the issue with our PolyLevel. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs, slowly filling the voids left by soil erosion, and slowly lifting the concrete back into place. He finished by explaining that our process is concluded by installing our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied to all cracks and joints in the concrete, preventing unwanted elements from getting under the slab. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work, and the project was scheduled for a few weeks later.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Dylan V, headed out to the home. He was able to complete the lift with no issues, and now our customer is thrilled to know that she no longer has to worry about sinking concrete!

A Champlin, MN, homeowner was beginning the process of putting his home on the market. Part of that process was getting things fixed up around the home to make sure they had a high resale value. One of the major projects that needed fixing was their front concrete walkway. It had been slowly sinking over the years and was not only creating an eye sore, but a dangerous trip hazard. He took to the internet to search for concrete repair MN. When he found our website, he was impressed with our before and after concrete repair photos so he decided to schedule on of our FREE estimate appointments. Weeks later, Gary S, one of our Design Specialists, headed to the home.
Once Gary completed his thorough inspection, he met with the homeowner to give his recommendations. Gary informed him that we could address the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. Gary explained that PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It fills voids left by soil erosion, and in the process, slowly lifts the slabs back into place. Gary went on to say that once the concrete had been lifted, he was recommending the use of our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, this product gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the concrete and works to protect the vulnerable soil below, as it was designed to stand up against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner liked the sound of Gary's plan and scheduled the job for several weeks later.
