A homeowner in Annandale, MN was looking to make some repairs to the backyard area of his cabin before the summer months. His main priority was to find a service that could fix the concrete stairs leading down to the dock and lake. The stairs were steep and many of them had sunken over time, making it difficult for some of his visitors to easily walk down them. Not wanting to waste another summer with this problem, he found the American Waterworks website and contacted us for a FREE no-obligation estimate. We received his request and sent over Design Specialist Mike Dexter to inspect the stairs area. Mike knew the best way to achieve leveled stairs again was to install our PolyLevel solution. The homeowner was glad to hear replacing the concrete stairs wasn't necessary and agreed to the plans. Our Foreman, Dylon Mish, and his crew arrived at the site and injected the PolyLevel foam under the stairs until they were lifted back to their original height. The homeowner was thrilled with the results and glad he had contacted us to repair his cabin stairs.

A homeowner in Clear Lake, MN, decided to take a look at their crawl space and noticed it was in rough shape. Instead of ignoring the issue, the homeowner wanted to take action and have it repaired. Through the grapevine, the homeowner heard that American Waterworks is known for their excellent work. Curious, the homeowner visited our website and noticed we do have crawl space services. The homeowner decided to give us a chance and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Shane. Once Shane arrived, he introduced himself to the homeowner and began the crawl space inspection. Shane discovered that the foundation was failing and needed to be permanently stabilized. Additionally, he found that the crawl space should be encapsulated. Shane told the homeowner of his findings and also provided them with a solution to revive the crawl space. The homeowner agreed with the plan of action and production commenced. Our Foreman Raul, and his crew traveled to the home and started by making sure the crawl space was ready for the PowerBrace installation. The crew installed eighteen PowerBraces around the entire crawl space perimeter. Once the PowerBraces were installed, the crew laid the Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace on the crawl floor to cover the Drainage Matting. Foamax is installed on the crawl space walls to ensure the crawl space stays insulated. Finally, the crew put the TripleSafe sump pump in place in the corner of the crawl space. The homeowner was amazed by the crawl space transformation. American Waterworks is happy to encapsulate another crawl space.
Wayne F. in Hutchinson started to notice a bump each time he drove in and out of his garage. He realized that his driveway had started to sink where it meets the garage. This was frustrating for him, so he wanted to find an affordable way to fix this. He started to research concrete repair contractors and came across American Waterworks.
He was interested to learn more about our PolyLevel foam concrete repair solution. He set an appointment to meet with our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, to receive a free estimate. Our PolyLevel expert drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs to inject the foam and raise the concrete. The process was non-invasive and only took a couple of hours. Wayne was able to see the transformation almost right away because the PolyLevel foam only takes about 30 minutes to cure.
