This concrete patio slab has sunk nearly 3" over time, causing water to pool near the home's foundation and a 3 inch void between the concrete and landscaping block of the attached staircase.  Our Team was able to raise the concrete patio slab over 4 inches with our trusted PolyLEVEL System to allow for proper drainage after it rains and raised the staircase enough to fill the initial void.

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water leakage from basement walls. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier, which is made to prevent humidity and mold build-up, cover any holes or divots, and provide the room with a neat and clean appearance. Lastly, Juan and his team installed our foundation repair PowerBraces. Our PowerBraces are made to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. PowerBraces can be tightened over time to make bowing or tilting walls straighter and more vertical. To complete the project, our team covered the open floor gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. John was thrilled with the project!

Lastly, our Foreman and his crew installed our PowerBraces around the wall perimeter on top of the CleanSpace. Our PowerBraces are made to stabilize failing basement walls, providing the potential to straighten them over time. To complete the installation, our production team filled the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. John was ecstatic with the repairs and had a great experience with our team from start to finish! 

A customer from Worthington, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice unwanted water entering their crawl space beneath their home. Our customer was afraid that if the issue was left unresolved, he would run the risk of mold and mildew forming, which could impact the structural integrity of the home. Once Dylan had completed his walkthrough, he was able to make recommendations as to how we could help. He recommended the use of our crawl space vapor barrier to encapsulate the space. He explained that this barrier works to trap moisture beneath it and drain it out to the appropriate disposal site. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after. 

Our Foreman Dakota and his crew ended up installing 1,308 sqft of CleanSpace throughout the basement and now our customer doesn't need to worry about unwanted water in their crawl space!
