Shortly after the appointment was scheduled, our Design Specialist, Shane, headed out to the property. Following a thorough inspection, Shane gave his recommendations to Amanda, suggesting that she invest in our waterproofing services to address the issues. She agreed and set up a time for installation. Foreman Arturo and his crew arrived at the home and quickly got to work. First, they Implemented our WaterGuard system; this particular system is typically used in basements and is the premier choice for basement waterproofing as it is installed below the floor but rests atop the foundation, keeping it out of the "mud zone", making it harder to clog. Next, the team added a powerful Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower cast-iron sump pump, capable of pumping 2,220 gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head out of your basement. Our team also installed the UltraSump® Battery Backup System with the sump pump system to ensure lasting reliability.
