Audrey S. in Jasper, MN had some severe cracks in the walls in her basement that were getting larger over time and putting pressure on the foundation. She was concerned about the bowing walls and the potential damage it could cause. She knew how costly it could be to replace her foundation entirely, so she started researching foundation repair contractors. In order to fully stabilize the damaged foundation, our production crew installed 6 Geo-Lock Wall Anchors along the basement wall. The anchor rods were drilled deep into the soil outside of the home and wall plates installed on each end of the rod to secure the anchor. Then, they tightened the anchor to start the process of straightening the wall. Audrey is happy she made the investment to protect her home.

Robert K. in Pipestone, MN noticed his floor sagging because there were not adequate supports in his crawl space to support the structure. One of the symptoms that alerted him to the problem was that his interior doors had started sticking. He knew it would only get worse over time if he ignored the problem, so he began to look for a foundation repair expert. Marge, U. in Pipestone, MN heard about the services we offer from one of our Design Specialists, Eric Hazelton. Marge called Eric because she was concerned about the water leaking into her basement. She had an old sump pump that was not able to keep up after heavy rains and snow melt. Eric met with Marge, evaluated the situation, and designed a unique solution for her home. Marge approved of the plan and moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and his production crew began the project by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying 104 feet of our Waterguard drainage system. Next, the crew installed our UltraSump sump pump and battery backup system and 2 feet of our Cleanspace vapor barrier along the walls. Any water seepage coming through the wall will be directed down into the drainage system, guided to the sump pump, and then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Marge is happy with the project and her peace of mind has been restored, knowing her basement will remain dry!
