Paul from Elizabeth, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his floor was sloping. Wanting to correct the issue before it could worsen, he called our office to see if we could help. When we spoke with him, we set him up with our FREE estimate and a few weeks later our Design Specialist, Evan, headed out to the property to assess the situation. After he finished his walkthrough, he recommended the use of our SmartJack structural support jacks. Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the project by applying 1,436 feet of drainage matting on the floor of Mark's crawl space. Our drainage matting is made to direct the water flooding the crawl space to the perimeter crawl space drain and sump pump system. Next, our team installed 2,288 feet of our CleanSpace Encapuslation Vapor Barrier. Our vapor barrier is used to transform the crawl space into a dry, clean, and energy-efficient part of the home. Along with protection from mold and rot, a dry crawl space will also be inhospitable to termites, cockroaches, ants, crickets, and many other pests that need excess moisture to survive.

When they arrived, the crew began by inserting the PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the south section of the driveway. Once the PolyLevel was properly installed, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints on the driveway with the NexusPro Solution, a silicone-based solution.
