Jody K. of Lidgerwood, ND had water leaking from the bottom of her stairs throughout her basement, making her feel nervous about water moisture and humidity problems. She saw American Waterworks on local television, so she called our office line and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to her home, inspected the problems in her basement, and came up with a solution. Jody was confident in Ian's design and proposal, so she moved forward with the project.
Our Foreman, Ryan Loe, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and is designed as an underground drain. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter of the basement, which is made to prevent mold, mildew, and humidity and covers any divots or holes, while also giving the basement a neat and clean appearance. To complete the installation, Ryan and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Jody was happy with the work and was grateful we were able to help her and her home repair needs!

A homeowner in Lidgerwood, ND, grew extremely concerned after discovering their basement wall was beginning to bend inward. Worried their home would collapse, the homeowner knew they needed help immediately. Since Fargo, ND, was not that far, the homeowner decided to look at expert foundation repair based there. One of the first companies was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to look at our previous jobs. The homeowner was impressed with the work completed by our crews, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner waited for the arrival of James, one of our Design Specialists. After James arrived, he began his detailed walkthrough of the basement. Once his walk-through was complete, James determined the walls were close to failure. To stop the failure from continuing, James recommended installing EverBrace, a product specialized for our North Dakota territory. After learning more about EverBrace and its benefits, the homeowner decided to proceed with the project. James passed the plans along to our Logistic team and they built the project and assigned it to our Foreman, Franklin, and his crew. Once they received the plans, Franklin and his crew traveled to the home and started the EverBrace installation. First, Franklin and his crew took off the old paneling to expose the extremely damaged wall. After exposing the wall, the crew was able to install the EverBrace wall system along the east and south basement walls. Once the EverBrace system was secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was in awe of the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to repair its customer's caving basement walls.

He heard about American Waterworks, so he got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian. Ian went to Marcus's home, carefully inspected his problems, and proposed a solution that would repair his basement problems. He was confident in Ian's plan of our half wall demolition, Foamax Half Wall Panels, and our WaterGuard Below-Drain System, so he signed the contract and got a date scheduled for the installation.
Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production crew began the process by performing a half wall demolition around the wall perimeter and installing our Foamax Half Wall Panels. Our Foamax is an advanced foam insulation that prevents condensation and provides protection from moisture. Next, our team broke out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGaurd Below-Floor Drain. Our WaterGuard is an interior drainage system that prevents water and mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. To complete the project, Ryan and his team filled the open-floor gaps with small rocks and applied new concrete over them. Marcus was thrilled with the work and had a remarkable experience with our team!
