Devon L., one of the managers of the apartment building, was worried about flooding and water moisture problems, so he wanted to get it repaired right away. He got in contact with our office staff and scheduled a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ian Schultz. Ian went to the apartment building ramp, carefully inspected the problems, and came up with a solution that fit their needs. Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his crew began the project by installing our DryTrak Drainpipe System around the floor perimeter of the parking ramp. Our DryTrak System is a great option for thick concrete slabs and gets apoxied above the floor with no jackhammering, leaving a slight opening along the top to collect water leaking from the wall. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity, covers any divots or holes, and gives the space a neat and clean appearance.

The installation took about three days and Patricia could not believe the transformation from start to finish!

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team started the installation by digging holes outside of the home beyond the foundation. Next, our team inserted a long, metal rod from the interior foundation to each hole outside of the home. At the end of each rod in the soil, our team installed an anchor plate, which provides the pressure against the inside of the foundation wall. Next, from the interior foundation, our team installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the end of each rod to stabilize the foundation wall and pull it back into its normal position. Over time, the homeowner can tighten the anchors to ensure that the system is working properly. To finish the installation, Corey and his crew backfilled each hole outside of the home, compacted the soil, and ensured the yard looked neat and cleaned up.
