To begin the project, our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team broke out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to prevent water clogs, collect water seepage from basement walls, and act as an underground drainage system that leads to the sump pump. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up, and give the basement a neat and clean appearance. To complete the project, Corey and his team covered the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over it. Jessica was happy with the repairs and loved the transformation!

Our Foreman, Ryan, and his production crew installed eight of our SmartJacks to lift and level the sagging floor joists. Cindy, from Plummer, MN, was looking for some solutions for her home's basement space. The basement was experiencing water intrusion and cracking foundation, so she decided to call American Waterworks for a FREE estimate. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home.

Once the CleanSpace was installed, the crew moved to apply Sprayfoam along the exterior facing joist pockets. Sprayfoam was applied on a whole wall in the seat crawlspace.
