Our Overall Service
Call Representative
Sales Process
We felt well informed on the install process and how the materials would work. Ian also gave us some privacy to discuss our options whcih was nice. We did have sticker shock on what the overall cost would be so we needed the time to process.
Our Installation Crew
Cameron did a really good job keeping us informed during install. He also made a good effort at placing drop cloth down thru the house when they needed to walk inside. There was a bit of a language barrier with the work crew but overall went well.
The Cleanup Process
We have crushed concrete and effort was made to place the dirt on top of plastic sheeting but it didn’t work the best. Would recommend having solutions to better protect the rock and preserve drainage around the house a bit better. Overall we were happy with our experience.

Ian made us feel confident that he really knew what he was talking about and that you could do the work correctly the first time. Your price point and overall attitude about our project beat out the competition. While we weren’t a fan of the price point, we do feel like it was something we needed to do and are happy with the results.our service area
