Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team was able to successfully waterproof their basement by installing 158 feet of our WaterGuard drainage system, our SuperSump sump pump, and our recommended SaniDry dehumidifier to control the humidity. Our SaniDry removes up to 109 liters of water per day, and is more powerful and energy efficient than ever! Our Foreman, Kiko, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which prevents water and mud clogs, collects water seepage from basement walls, and serves as an underground drain that works efficiently with the basement sump pump. Next, Kiko and his team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels around the wall perimeter. Our FoamMax makes the walls look clean and bright, reduces condensation, and provides heavy protection from moisture. To complete the installation, Kiko and his crew filled the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. Monica was happy with the repairs and had a great experience!
