Standing Water Concerns in Worthington, MN

A Worthington, MN homeowner inspected their basement following an intense storm and discovered standing water. Worried about the long-term damage, the homeowner began looking into a waterproofing solution. After looking through multiple companies, the homeowner decided to work with us, American Waterworks. After signing up for their FREE estimate, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Ryan, one of our Design Specialists. Ryan arrived at the home and began the detailed estimate of the basement. Once he saw the several puddles of water, Ryan knew there was an issue. Ryan determined the basement needed additional waterproofing products installed. The homeowner wanted this issue resolved, so they agreed with Ryan's suggestions. Once they received the stamp of approval, the plans were forwarded and assigned to the appropriate crew. Our Foreman, Jeremiah, and his crew arrived at the home and began the project. First, the crew installed WaterGuard along the east and south basement walls. Next, the crew dug an interior discharge line to connect to the new SuperSump+. Finally, the crew installed an Aprilaire dehumidifier in the corner of the basement. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their basement was safe from further disasters.
