Basement Repaired in Clear Lake, IA

Judy P. of Clear Lake, IA had water leaking through the cracked walls of her basement, making her question the stability of her home. After doing some research online, she came across American Waterworks waterproofing and foundation repair products. She called our office and set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to her home, inspected the problem, and came up with a solution. Judy was comfortable with Ryan's proposal, so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Jeromy Anderson, and his production crew began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement, forming a trench. Next, our team applied 102 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold, mildew, and humidity build-up, and gives the room a clean and bright appearance. Then, our crew installed 11 of our foundation repair PowerBraces around the wall perimeter, which are made to stabilize basement walls and straighten them out over time. Lastly, our crew installed 102 feet of our WaterGuard System in the formed trench. Our WaterGuard acts as an underground drain and transports water to the sump pump. To complete the installation, Jeromy and his crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Judy had a remarkable experience from start to finish and was grateful we were able to assist her and her home repair needs!
