Dean P. of Clear Lake, IA had water leaking into the corner of his basement due to heavy rains. It had been happening for quite some time so he decided to do something about it. He got in contact with our company and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Ryan Powell. Ryan went to his home, looked at the issue, and proposed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain and our CleanSpace Wall System. Dean was confident in Ryan's proposal so he scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production crew began the installation by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain which serves as a drainage system, collects water leaks from basement walls, and has easily accessible service ports when the time comes for annual maintenance. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System, which prevents mold and humidity, covers large holes and divots, and gives the basement a clean appearance. To complete the project, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. Dean was very satisfied with the work that was done!
