Our Foreman, Kingsley, and his crew arrived at the home to begin. First, the crew installed the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. Then, the crew installed the SuperSump + in the southwest corner of the basement. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace around all the basement walls. Finally, the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. After installing all the waterproofing products in the basement, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. Our CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that prevents mold and humidity from invading the basement and acts as an extra wall protectant. Then, Tremaine and his crew installed 77 feet of our WaterGuard System into the formed trench. Our WaterGuard collects water seepage from basement walls and acts as an underground drain that leads to outside. Lastly, our team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete.
