Mrs. Fenner contacted American Waterworks after being tired of the same old leak in her basement every time it rained.  Our System Design Specialist, Chad, was able to design a comprehensive plan to avoid any future water damage by recommending 135 feet of WaterGuard and two SuperSump sump pumps. 

A property from Eau Claire, MN, had a rental property she needed an upgrade on. One of the lower-level rooms was to be used as a bedroom, but it was not up to code. Chuck got right to work surveying the home and old window well. When he finished, he was ready to deliver his recommendations. Next, our team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels, which provides comfort and saves money on energy bills, while making the walls look bright and clean. Since it is an advanced kind of foam insulation, it reduces condensation for moisture protection. To complete the project, our Foreman and his crew filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the basement looked much neater and brighter than when they found it.
