Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed a SuperSump sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the wall. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Our waterproofing system is backed by a lifetime warranty, and Diane is glad she made the investment to protect her home.

In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System, which is made to collect water seepage from basement walls and act like an underground drainage system. Next, our team installed our FoamMax Wall Panels, which is a foam insulation panel with a white foil on the front and foil vapor barrier on the back. This wall insulation makes the basement much warmer, makes it brighter, and it can be left exposed. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. To complete the project, our crew filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them.
