Ian went to the apartment building ramp, carefully inspected the problems, and came up with a solution that fit their needs. Devon was confident with Ian's proposal and drawn-out solution, so he moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his crew began the project by installing our DryTrak Drainpipe System around the floor perimeter of the parking ramp. Our DryTrak System is a great option for thick concrete slabs and gets apoxied above the floor with no jackhammering, leaving a slight opening along the top to collect water leaking from the wall. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System around the wall perimeter, which prevents mold and humidity, covers any divots or holes, and gives the space a neat and clean appearance.

A homeowner in Renville, MN, noticed large water stains throughout their basement. Nervous about the long-term damages this could have, the homeowner decided to look for professional assistance. Additionally, the crew dug a feedline across the center of the basement floor. Next, the crew installed the SuperSump+ in the corner of the basement. After the SuperSump+ was installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowners were happy to know their home was no longer at risk of flooding. To finish up the installation, the crew attached an IceGuard to the outside discharge line. The crew cleaned up their site and left the home.
