Our Foremen, Ryan, Cameron, and Austin, and their production teams began the process by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. Next, in the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain, which is designed to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the entire wall perimeter. This vapor barrier is made to prevent mold, humidity, and water moisture while also giving the basement a nice, clean appearance. Then, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump in the corner of the basement, which is designed to keep basements dry for long periods of time, by discharging the water out of the basement. Lastly, our Foreman and their teams installed our PowerBraces around the wall perimeter. This foundation repair product is made to straighten and stabilize foundation walls. Over time, they can be tightened by the homeowner to ensure the system is sticking to its design. To complete the installation, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock, and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the basement was cleaner than when they found it.
