Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner from Minneapolis, MN, was in the market for an upgraded egress window. The previous window well had been handmade and was no longer up to code. Once Dave completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to discuss recommendations. Dave informed the homeowner that he was recommending the installation of our RockWell window well. Our Foreman and his crew started the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our crew installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system that collects water seepage from basement walls and has easily-accessible service ports when it comes time for annual maintenance. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is a wall protectant that prevents water from seeping through the walls and saves money on energy costs. To complete the project, our crew filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them, ensuring the space was neater and cleaner than they found it.
