A homeowner in Waconia, MN, noticed their basement had a musty odor. Concerned by this smell, the homeowner decided to solve the issue. While reviewing multiple basement waterproofing companies, the homeowners came across American Waterworks. Our crew traveled to the home and began the project. First, the crew focused on installing the waterproofing products in the basement.  First, the crew installed the WaterGuard in the northern section of the basement. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew installed a feedline across the basement floor. Next, the crew installed the CleanSpace Wall System onto the entire north wall and sections of the west and east wall. Then, SprayFoam is injected into the upper section of the walls. After the basement waterproofing was completed, the crew moved on to installing CleanSpace into the crawl space. After all the products were successfully installed, the crew cleaned up their site and was able to leave the home. The homeowners were grateful for all the great work the crew completed.
