A Minneapolis, MN, homeowner had noticed a crack running across a concrete path used to get to the backyard of the home. Each time it rained, she could swear the slab would sink a bit more. She no longer wanted to deal with the issue, so she began to search for Minneapolis concrete repair. After she found our website, she signed up for her FREE estimate, and several weeks later, Eric H, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.
Eric completed his inspection, and when he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could address the sinking walkway with the help of our PolyLevel injection. He explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands as it's injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and lifting the concrete back into place. Eric went on to say that, once the slab had been lifted, he recommended the use of our NexusPro. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant that gets applied to the cracks and joints in the concrete, and serves as a barrier, as it's specially designed to stand up against harsh weather conditions. The homeowner agreed with Eric's plan and decided to schedule his job on the spot.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Dylon V, headed out to the home. He led his team through a flawless lift, level, and seal. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing her concrete won't be budging for years to come!
