A homeowner in Dawson, MN was preparing her front yard for the upcoming summer months and wanted to make a few changes to the space. The first thing she was focused on were the concrete steps and walkway that led up to the front porch and door. The concrete had sunk over time and created an uneven surface for those walking up and down from the door and also looked unpleasant. She went online to see what concrete repair services there were in Minnesota and found American Waterworks. The homeowner was quickly interested in our FREE no-obligation estimates and signed up for her own. One of our Design Specialists, Kevin Beseman, went to the home and carried out a detailed inspection of the steps and walkway. He decided that PolyLevel and NexusPro would be the best combination of products to lift and seal the concrete and restore the space. The homeowner agreed to the installations and later was greeted by our Foreman, Patrick Burnes, and his crew to carry out the project. After everything was carefully installed, the homeowner viewed the area and was impressed with the repairs.
