A homeowner in Rochester, MN was tired of dealing with the sunken concrete apron in his driveway. Over time, it had also separated from the garage floor, resulting in a large gap between the two. The homeowner wanted to look into fixing the space, so he went online to look for a company in his area that specialized in concrete repairs. The American Waterworks website stood out to him because of our FREE no-obligation estimates, so he signed up for his own. One of our expert Design Specialists, Nate Bernard, went to the site to inspect the concrete and prepare his recommendations. Nate informed the homeowner that the driveway apron had likely sunk because of soil settling underneath. To fix this issue, our PolyLevel would work to fill in the empty space and lift the slabs back up to be level again. Nate also explained the large empty joint could be filled in with NexusPro sealant for a smoother look. The homeowner agreed to the installations and the plans were approved and given to Foreman Troy Johnson and his crew. They went to the site to carefully install the products and ensured the homeowner was happy with everything before leaving.

Peter and LeeAnn from Rochester, MN noticed that the sealant connecting their steps was drying and cracking. Peter and LeeAnn were worried that water could seep through the joint affecting the steps. They contacted American Waterworks to schedule their FREE estimate. This entitled them to a free home inspection by one of our Design Specialists. Once an appointment was set our Design Specialist began to conduct a thorough home inspection, after the inspection, the Design Specialist recommended that Peter and LeeAnn invest in our NexusPro Solution. The NexusPro solution is a silicone-based solution that allows the sealant to expand and condense along with the concrete through the seasons. The NexusPro solution also has a UV protectant to prevent the sealant from cracking and drying. Peter and LeeAnn were satisfied with the solution and scheduled date of installation.
Our Foreman and his Production team then arrived at the property and began the project by cleaning the joint and the sealant that was left. Once cleaned, the team then injects the NexusPro solution. Peter and LeeAnn loved the new look and were satisfied with the outcome of the project.

Mark M. in Goodhue, MN wanted to have his patio raised because it had sunk just over an inch after the change in season. He previously had work done by us, so he decided to contact us for a FREE estimate for our concrete repair services. One of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, went to his home to design the best solution for his needs. Mark was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel concrete repair solution is more efficient and cost-effective than traditional concrete repair, and he enjoyed working with us in the past, so he scheduled the injection.
Our concrete repair expert, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into the concrete patio where the slabs needed to be raised. Then, he injected the foam until the slabs were raised back to their original position. The process was minimally invasive and only took a couple of hours to complete. Mark was happy with the result and is glad he can enjoy a level patio for years to come!

A homeowner in Cresco, IA, was unhappy with the condition of their driveway. Instead of letting the driveway worsen, the homeowner decided to take action. The homeowner wanted to avoid replacing the entire driveway, so they looked into repair options. After searching the Better Business Bureau, the homeowner was impressed with our A+ rating. The homeowner did further research into our company and saw that we offer FREE estimates. Since it was FREE, the homeowner decided to call our Appointment Center and sign up for their estimate. Once the estimate details were finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Michel, one of our Design Specialists. Michel arrived at the home and began inspecting the status of the concrete. Michel discovered that the driveway was sinking due to soil settlement. To combat this issue, Michel recommended lifting and leveling the driveway. Since it avoids total replacement, the homeowner decided to follow along with Michel's plan. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. When they arrived, they began by inserting the PolyLevel underneath the driveway, sidewalk, and front patio. Once the PolyLevel was fully inserted, the crew shifted their focus to taking out old joints and replacing them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. Once the new joints were put into place, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent job completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to help its homeowners accomplish their goals.
A homeowner in Cresco, IA, tripped in between their garage and home. Worried others could be injured, the homeowner knew they needed to fix the sinking issue. The homeowner knew one of our Design Specialists, Ryan, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for Ryan's arrival. Ryan traveled to the home and began his detailed inspection of the cracked, sunken sidewalk. During his inspection, Ryan determined the sidewalk was sinking due to settlement and needed to be lifted back to its original state. Trusting Ryan's suggestions, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the project. Ryan sent the approved plans to our Logistics team to be approved, then to our Foreman, Troy. After Troy and his crew received the plans, they traveled to Cresco and began the lift. To lift the sidewalk, the crew used PolyLevel, our polyurethane foam injection solution. Once the sidewalk was lifted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing several joints and repairing cracks with our NexusPro Crack Repair, a silicone-based solution. After the cracks and joints were repaired, the crew cleaned up their material and left the home. The homeowner was shocked by the wonderful transformation completed by the crew.
