A homeowner in Kandiyohi, MN, did not like the appearance of the uneven concrete in front of their home. Not wanting to replace the entire slab, the homeowner looked for alternative methods. After hearing positive reviews about our company through social media, the homeowner decided to check out our website. The homeowner saw that we offer the services that they are looking for, so they called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the details were finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Lance, one of our Design Specialists. When Lance arrived, he introduced himself to the homeowner and began evaluating the status of the concrete. Lance determined the cause of the unevenness was soil settlement. To stop the settlement, Lance recommended that the concrete be lifted and leveled. The homeowner knew this would be their best option, so they went along with Lance's recommendation. The plans were then sent to our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew. When they arrived at the property, the crew began by making sure the concrete was ready for the PolyLevel. The crew then inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and front slabs of the garage. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew was able to clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was impressed with the wonderful work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to assist customers with their concrete concerns.
Jeff V. in Willmar, MN had a long sidewalk and large patio that had dirty, uneven concrete. He saw advertising for the concrete repair solutions that American Waterworks offers, so he gave us a call to receive a FREE estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Reed Hudson, went to his home to inspect his concrete and build the right repair plan for Jeff’s concrete needs. Reed explained to Jeff that our PolyLevel concrete repair solution is more efficient and cost-effective than traditional concrete repair. He also talked him through the benefits of finishing his concrete repair project with our concrete sealant called SealantPro. Jeff was impressed with Reed’s presentation and his thorough plan to make his concrete beautiful again, so he decided to move forward with the project.
Our concrete repair experts started the process by drilling small holes into the concrete slabs where they needed to be raised. Then, they injected the polymer foam until the slabs were raised back to their original position. Once the concrete had been raised, they sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant to protect the concrete and give it a nice, finished look. The following day, we power washed the concrete and then applied SealantPro. SealantPro is a state-of-the-art material that bonds with concrete on a molecular level, permanently protecting it from water, dirt and other contaminants in a single coat. Jeff was thrilled with the result and was very impressed with our crew! He is happy he chose to repair his concrete through American Waterworks.

A farmer in Hadley, MN was experiencing sinking concrete in his hog barn. The farmer was worried about the gap growing but didn't want to pay to replace the concrete completely. PolyLEVEL is a less expensive solution to level concrete permanently and fix your uneven slabs.
Homeowners in Marshall, MN noticed the concrete in the corner near their front door was getting lower and lower over time. The concrete was sinking! Concrete is extremely heavy and if the soil beneath it is not strong enough to bare the weight, the floor will begin to sink. Luckily this customer called American Waterworks. We have a simple solution to sinking sidewalks, driveways and patios!
Our specialist visited the home to assess the situation. He suggest PolyLevel to be installed under the concrete. PolyLevel foam injection is much like mud jacking, but it is made up of expanding polymers and leaves only a dime size hole - which can be hidden.
Now the concrete has risen in this area back to its original position and the homeowners are happy with their even walkway.
