We purchased a home with an American Waterworks Basement System with dual sump pumps in November. We scheduled an annual service visit in January in order to learn about the system and make sure everything was functioning correctly. Then, one of the sump pumps went out (at the age of 21 years) this week. For both service calls, the technicians, Darin, in January, and Mitch, in March, were professional, extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and efficient.
