In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Romeo V., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection. During the inspection, Romeo took precise measurements to see how far the slabs had sunken and determined which slabs needed lifting and leveling. After reporting their findings to the homeowner, Romeo began working on a detailed solution to lift the sunken slabs. He recommended using PolyLevel, our foam-expanding solution, to lift the sunken slabs back to their original position, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, to repair cracks and seal the joints. After reviewing the proposal, the homeowner happily agreed and decided to move forward with the project.

Myron and Karla of Bowman, ND got in contact with us when they began to notice one of their basement walls was beginning to bow inward, showing signs of wall failure. The couple wanted to resell the house at some point and were interested in correcting the issue sooner rather than later. They called our office and we set them up with our FREE estimates. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Ian, headed out to the property to see what we could do to help. After his inspection, he recommended the use of our GeoLock wall anchors to correct the issue. He explained that these anchors work to stabilize failing walls but anchoring them to the hard-packed virgin soil beyond the foundation of the home, pulling them back into place. The couple agreed and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Zach, and his team ended up installing 19 of our GeoLock anchors throughout the basement. Now Myron and Karla can begin to plan for the future without worries that their home will slow them down.

Following the survey of the basement, the Design Specialist determined that it needed to be waterproofed and stabilized. The homeowners agreed to the Design Specialist's suggestions and project preparations began. Our Foreman, Domenic, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. The crew started by installing WaterGuard around the entire perimeter of the basement. In addition to the WaterGuard, a feedline was installed across the basement floor. Next, the crew installed CleanSpace on the lower half of the basement walls. Once the CleanSpace was installed, the crew installed 22 PowerBraces on all four of the basement walls. Domenic and the crew successfully installed all the waterproofing and stabilization products. The homeowners were thrilled with the excellent job done by the crew.
