A homeowner in Genoa, WI, noticed an odd smell throughout their home. Unsure where the source of the smell was coming from, the homeowner began investigating their home. The homeowner discovered the smell was coming from their crawl space. Worried this could mean larger issues, the homeowner knew they needed professional assistance. The plans were sent to our office for approval, then to our Foreman, Diego, and his crew. Once they received the plans, Diego and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, the crew began by laying CleanSpace on the crawl space floor and walls. Next, the crew attached Foamax to the crawl space walls. After the Foamax was secured, the crew installed spray foam near the top of the walls. Diego and his crew successfully encapsulated the entire crawl space, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. American Waterworks is happy to encapsulate their customer's crawl spaces. 

David and Heidi L. of Coon Valley, WI had their annual service appointment with our Service Technician, Darin. Darin examined their system and ensured everything was working properly. David and Heidi had water leaking into their basement, so Darin proposed our WaterGuard Drainage System to repair their problem. To complete the installation, our team filled the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. Our Foreman and his production team began the installation by digging holes outside of the home, beyond the foundation. From the inside of the garage, our team inserted long, metal rods from the inside foundation to each hole outside of the house. On the ends of each rod, our team installed an anchor plate that holds the rod in place in the soil. Next, our team installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor at the end of each rod on the interior foundation. This process stops inward movement and cracking, and allows the foundation to move back into its original position. To complete the installation, our Foreman and his team backfilled each hole outside of the home, compacted the soil, and ensured that the yard and garage looked neater than when they found it.
