Our Design Specialist went to Joshua's house, carefully inspected her problems, and proposed a system that would work for him and his needs. He was confident in the proposal of our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain and our sump pump system, so he went ahead with the project.

Our Foreman and his crew began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter and installing our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which is an interior drainage system that collects water seepage from basement walls, and has an easily accessible service ports when it comes time for annual maintenance. Next, our crew installed our CleanSpace tape around the bottom of the wall perimeter on top of the WaterGuard, which is made to prevent water from seeping through the bottom of the wall. Lastly, our crew installed our SuperSump Plus M53, which is a sump pump made to keep basements dry for long periods of time. To complete the project, our team filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over them. A homeowner in Browerville, MN, was enjoying their cabin in late summer when they noticed cracks developing along in their crawl space. Our SmartJacks can support more than 60,000 pounds and are galvanized to prevent corrosion. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Encapsulation Vapor Barrier to cover the entire floor. This special barrier is made to prevent mold and humidity and transforms the crawl space into a usable storage space. Lastly, our team installed our Foamax Wall Panels around the entire basement wall perimeter. Our Foamax is designed to provide comfort and energy-efficiency while making the walls look clean and bright. Connie was very happy with the repairs and had a great experience from start to finish!
