A New Richland, MN, homeowner was facing an issue. Each time there was rain in his area, his basement would fall victim to water intrusion. On the day of the inspection, Brad headed out to the house and got right to work looking at the basement. Once he finished, he met with the homeowner. Our client in Mason City, IA discovered her basement would flood after it rained. Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew started installing our waterproofing system by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and laying our WaterGuard drainage system. Next, they installed our TripleSafe sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier system along the walls. The combination of these waterproofing products ensure that water will be properly discharged from her basement and that it will remain a dry and healthier space. Then, they installed 5 PowerBraces along the damaged foundation wall to halt any further movement and stabilize it. PowerBraces also provide the potential to straighten the wall as they are tightened over time. Melissia was pleased with the results and is glad she chose to invest in the protection of her home.

Next, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump. Now, water is properly guided through the WaterGuard to the sump pump, which is then expelled from the home through the discharge line. Lastly, they completed the project with installing our Fomax Wall Insulation Panels. Foamax provides comfort and energy bill savings, while making the walls look clean and bright.
