Maren R. in Farmington, MN had a foundation wall in the basement that had a long, horizontal crack through it near the top. The wall had started to bow inward so Maren decided that it was time to reach out to a professional. They contacted American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent our Design Specialist, Jeremy Radtke, to inspect the home. Jeremy determined that the best solution to repair the foundation would be to install wall anchors. Maren was pleased with Jeremy’s design and the proposal, so they scheduled the installation.
Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his crew installed 8 Geo-Lock wall anchors along the wall. This immediately halted any further deterioration of the wall, and once the anchors were completely tightened, the wall began to straighten. The installation took two days to complete, but having the anchors installed has restored Maren’s peace of mind. This permanent foundation repair solution is far more efficient and cost-effective than replacing the foundation.

Ian and Sarah C. of Farmington, MN had cracked concrete leading up to their porch, making them consider the value of their home. They messaged us regarding our concrete repair products and no-obligation FREE estimates. Our Design Specialist, Jesse Williams, went to their home to carefully inspect the concrete and come up with a solution. He offered our concrete PolyLevel and NexusPro products. Ian and Sarah were confident in the warranties and products, so they went ahead with the installation.
Our Foreman, Troy Johnson, began the project by injecting our PolyLevel beneath the concrete. PolyLevel is an expanding, unique foam that fills the gaps caused by soil erosion and raises and stabilizes the concrete surface. Next, our Foreman, Dylon Mish, applied our NexusPro over the cracks. Our NexusPro is designed to prevent moisture from seeping into the soil beneath the concrete. It also gives the concrete a neat and clean appearance. Ian and Sarah were thrilled with the work and love the view of their home from across the street!
Joe of Farmington, MN, got in contact with us when he began to notice his stone foundation crawl space was beginning to sag. Joe knew that if he left the problem unresolved, it could cause further structural damage to the home and possibly cost much more down the road. When Joe contacted us, we set him up with our FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist, Dylan, was able to get out to the property to do a thorough inspection and once he had finished, he was able to make recommendations about how we could help Joe fix the issue. This means your SmartJack system can be tightened for years to come. Joe agreed with Dylan's recommendations and renovations began soon after. Once the job was done, Joe was relieved to know that his foundation worries were in the past.
A customer from Farmington, MN got in contact with us when they began to notice that their downstairs block window well was beginning to show signs of failing. They fear that if they left the issue alone, they would run the risk of severely compromising the structural integrity of the retaining wall, which would cause the basement to be inescapable in case of emergency. When they called in, we set them up with our FREE estimate, entitling them to a free, no-obligation estimate by one of our Design Specialists. Once the appointment was set, one of our Design Specialists, Josh, headed out to the property to assess the damage. Once he completed his walkthrough, he was able to make his recommendations. He told the homeowner that her best bet would be to let our crews install a RockWell window well. Josh explained that this well offers an attractive alternative to ugly window wells while providing safe, code-compliant basement egress. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Gabriel, and his crew began the process by excavating around the already in-place window. Next, they installed the RockWell and secured it in place. Finally, they added a cover to keep leaves and debris out while allowing natural sunlight into the space. Once the job was done our customer was thrilled to know they could go back to using their basement without worries of it not being up to code!
A homeowner in Farmington, MN, wanted to have a professional come to their home and inspect their crawl space. Unsure of which company to go with, the homeowner began asking their neighbors to see which company was best fit for their situation. Many of their neighbors raved about us, American Waterworks, so they decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate appointment was created, we sent out our Design Specialist, Ryan, to inspect the crawl space. Following his in-depth inspection, Ryan determined that the crawl space walls required permanent stabilization. Ryan proposed a recommended solution to the homeowner that would solve their issue and allow them to straighten the walls over time. The homeowners agreed with Ryan's recommendations and the plans were sent to the assigned crew. Our crew arrived at the home and began the stabilization process. The crew installed eight GeoLock anchors on the crawl space walls for stabilization. GeoLocks are a foundation wall anchor system that is designed with galvanized steel. In addition to installing the GeoLocks, the homeowner asked to have the straightening kit included as well. The straightening kit will allow the homeowner to straighten their walls over time. After the crew successfully installed the GeoLocks, they were able to clean up their site and leave the home. The homeowner was relieved to know that their crawl space walls were properly stabilized. American Waterworks is happy to provide another customer peace of mind.
