She was tired of cleaning up after heavy rains, and she was concerned about the stability of her home. We sent one of our Design Specialists to meet with Janet, evaluate the situation, and propose a unique solution. Janet was impressed with the plan and moved forward with an installation date. 

Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrubias, and his production crew were able to stabilize the foundation wall by installing 7 Geo-Lock anchors along the wall. The wall anchors can be tightened over time to further straighten the foundation wall and pull it back to its original position. Next, the crew waterproofed the basement by first removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement and installing our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed our recommended TripleSafe sump pump and SaniDry dehumidifier. The crew finished the job with installing our CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to give the space a bright, clean look. Janet was pleased with the results, and glad she can now enjoy a dry basement!

One of our PolyLevel experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled penny-sized holes into the concrete slabs where the foam needed to be injected to effectively raise and level the porch. Then, he injected the foam until the slabs were a completely level surface. Lastly, he filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Jose and his team covered the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete, making the basement look neater than when they found it.
