Next, Romeo worked with the homeowner to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Foreman, Sam, and his crew. Sam and his crew promptly arrived at the home and began the installation. First, Sam and his crew began by securing PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. After the PolyLevel was properly secured, the crew shifted to filing and repairing the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Brittany and Matt R. of Mayer, MN had cracked and bowing foundation walls in their home, making them worry about the structural build and safety of their home. Our Foreman, Jesus Covarrbuias, and his crew began the installation by digging seven holes outside of the home, beyond the foundation. Next, our team drilled a long, medal rod from the inside of the home to each hole outside. Once they found the end of the rod in each hole, they screwed on and tightened an anchor plate, which tightly holds the rod in place with the soil. Our team screwed on and tightened a GeoLock Anchor to the ends of each rod inside of the home to strengthen and straighten the foundation wall back into its original position. To complete the installation, Jesus and his crew backfilled each hole and made sure the soil was tight and compact, leaving the yard looking much neater than when they found it. Our Foreman, Cory Sather, and his production team began the crawl space waterproofing project by removing anything that was in the way. They installed 775 feet of our TerraBlock, which serves as a puncture-resistant insulation and provides the ultimate moisture protection. Next, Cory and his team applied 425 feet of our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier on top of the TerraBlock, which prevents mold and humidity, and it gives the space a clean and bright appearance.
