Kevin promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the sump pump and crawl space. During the inspection, Kevin confirmed the sump pump needed to be replaced. Additionally, Kevin recommended encapsulating the entire crawl space. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with Kevin's proposal. Next, Kevin passed the proposal to our Logsitics team to build and schedule the project. Our Logisitcs team scheduled the project for the following weeks, then it was assigned to our Foreman, Lane, and his crew. Once the project date arrived, Lane and his crew began by taking out the old sump pump and replaced it with the SuperSump+. Next, the crew laid Drainage Matting on the crawl space floor. Then, the crew installed CleanSpace on top. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the efficient and excellent work completed by the crew.
