A homeowner from St Paul, MN, was beginning to notice that the walkway leading to their front door was separating from their concrete porch. Not wanting the issue to worsen, the homeowner started researching companies in the area that could help. Once they found our website, they took advantage of our FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Kyle, headed to the property to see what could be done. Once he completed his walkthrough, he informed the homeowner that he wanted to utilize our sinking walkway solution, PolyLevel. Kyle explained that PolyLevel is the most modern and effective defense against sunken concrete. He went on to say that the application is non-invasive and offers a quicker cure time in comparison to other restoration methods. The homeowner agreed and work began a few weeks later.
Our Foreman, Jordan, made quick work of the installation. Our PolyLevel solution is inserted through drilled holes in the surface of the concrete. Once the job was complete, our customer was thrilled to know he no longer needed to worry about uneven concrete!
A homeowner from Saint Paul, MN, had noticed that a section of the floor on the main level of his home was much colder than other areas of the floor. It occurred to the homeowner that the issue might be his crawl space beneath the home. He began to look for a crawl space repair company in MN and quickly found us. He was impressed with our previous work and scheduled his FREE estimate. Several weeks later, our Design Specialist was headed out to the home. When he arrived, he wasted no time getting down into the crawl space. When he finished, he was ready to make his recommendation. First, our Design Specialist recommended our CleanSpace, a 100% waterproof tarp-like material that gets installed directly to the walls of the crawl space. It works to collect the water entering through holes and cracks in the wall, keeping it off the crawl space floor. To compliment this product, our Design Specialist recommended our drainage matting, a dimpled matting that gets laid down on the floor of the space before the CleanSpace, giving the draining water a channel to flow freely to a disposal site. He then went on to recommend our TerraBlock and Foamax wall panel combo. TerraBlock™ crawl space insulation was developed to meet the challenge of insulating rough, uneven crawl space floors. The ¾-in.-thick sheet material is covered on both sides with a durable moisture barrier that makes the insulation resistant to puncture and abrasion damage. Foamax is a polyisocyanurate foam insulation panel with a white foil finish on the front and a foil vapor barrier on the back. It offers high-performance features such as high insulation value, a brighter, warmer basement, and can be left exposed, meaning no need to cover the panels. The homeowner was thrilled with the plan and signed on the spot.
Several weeks later, our Foreman, Kiko P, and his team successfully installed 260 sqft of CleanSpace, 198 sqft of Drainage Matting, 198 sqft of TerraBlock, and 116 sqft of Foamax. Now, our customer can enjoy a nice warm floor and energy-efficient house!
A homeowner in Roseville, MN, noticed cracks growing throughout their basement walls. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find a professional solution. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner looked into "expert foundation repair near me". One of the first companies to catch their eye was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our company. Impressed with our previous foundation projects, the homeowner knew we were the perfect company for their project. Since they were already on the website, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent one of our Design Specialists, Mac, to the home to look closer. Mac promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the interior and exterior foundation. Once he completed his inspection, Mac discovered the foundation was cracked and beginning to bow inward. Mac proposed stabilizing the foundation with GeoLock Wall Anchors. After hearing about the benefits and how it would help, the homeowner knew it was the best option for their home. Once he received the stamp of approval, Mac passed the plans onto our Logistics team to build the project. Our Logistics team gave the final stamp of approval, then it was scheduled for the following months. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Kiko, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. Kiko and his crew began by making sure the space was ready for the GeoLock Wall Anchor installation. Next, Kiko and his crew installed eight GeoLock Wall Anchors along the east wall. Once the GeoLock Wall Anchors were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their foundation was stable and secure. American Waterworks is delighted to provide its homeowners peace of mind.
A homeowner in New Brighton, MN was looking at finding a nearby service that could help get his front sidewalk leveled. He realized just how sunken the sidewalk had gotten as the summer months were approaching and he started paying more attention to the landscape in front of his home. During his research on concrete lifting companies, he came across the American Waterworks page. After learning about our FREE estimate offers, the homeowner scheduled one and awaited our professional expertise on solutions. We sent over Design Specialist Canon Tweed to the home where he carried out a thorough inspection of the concrete and discussed things over with the homeowner. Canon informed him that by using our PolyLevel product, the sidewalk could be restored to its original height and provide long lasting stabilization. The homeowner was happy to hear of this recommendation and agreed to the detailed plans. The plans were given to our Foreman, Ryan Trogstad, and his crew to carry out the installations. Ryan and the crew carefully installed the product and left the front sidewalk smooth and level once again.

A homeowner from Arden Hills, MN, contacted us when they noticed their front stoop and connecting walkway were beginning to separate. Not wanting the issue to worsen, he decided to call American Waterworks and set up his FREE estimate. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist, Aidan, headed out to the property to assess the situation. Once he completed his walkthrough, he let our customer know that while the issue might seem daunting, the fix was rather simple. He explained that we would use our PolyLevel to restore the concrete slabs. Our PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected under slabs. He said this method is cheaper, less invasive, and has quicker curing time than other remedies such as mudjacking or full replacement. The homeowner agreed and work was scheduled to begin a few weeks later.
Our Foreman, Patrick, and his team arrived on the day of the installation and completed the project in no time. Once the project was complete, our homeowner was thrilled to know they no longer needed to worry about tripping hazards!
