One of our Design Specialists, Mike Radosevich, went to his home to inspect his basement and design a solution. Mike developed a waterproofing plan that best fit Richard’s needs, so Richard scheduled the installation.

Our production team started the installation process by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor. They laid a partial perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system around the basement floor. Then, they installed our SuperSump sump pump and filled the void around the sump pump and WaterGuard with rock. Lastly, they replaced the concrete over the WaterGuard and around the sump pump. The drainage system now properly drains water to the sump pump, and from there the water is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Richard can rest easy knowing that water will no longer be in his basement. He is glad he chose to invest in protecting his home for years to come.

Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew installed 61 feet of WaterGuard around the perimeter of the room and a SuperSump sump pump in the corner. They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to protect the room from moisture and potential mold growth. The WaterGuard properly drains water to the sump pump and from there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Danielle is pleased that her basement is now a dry, healthier space and she is glad she chose to invest in the long-term protection of her home.

A homeowner in Excelsior, MN, noticed a significant gap between their driveway and sidewalk. Concerned that this would become a serious tripping hazard, the homeowner began looking for a solution. Knowing this would not be a do-it-yourself fix, the homeowner looked for a professional concrete repair company. During their search, the homeowner came across one of our advertisements in a local shopper. After seeing the impressive work, the homeowner decided to call our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment was made, we sent a Design Specialist out to the home to perform the estimate. Following his assessment, the Design Specialist determined the sidewalk needed to be lifted to match the top row of the driveway. The Design Specialist recommended a solution that would solve the concrete concerns and the homeowner agreed. Once they received the plans, the crew made their way to the property and began the repair process. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk and top row of the driveway. In addition to the PolyLevel, the crew utilized the NexusPro Sealant to fill several cracks and joints throughout the concrete. Once the cracks and joints were filled, the crew cleaned up their site and made their way to the next project. The homeowners were pleased with the excellent work completed by the crew. A homeowner from Excelsior, MN, had been watching his concrete driveway sink for some time. He decided he was ready to begin the process of restoration. He began to look for concrete leveling specialists in his area and eventually found American Waterworks. He claimed his FREE estimate, and several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Dave S, headed out to the home. When Dave arrived, he got right to work assessing the concrete in the front of the home, spending a large amount of time on the driveway and walkway up to the home. When he completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to deliver his findings. Dave began by explaining that concrete can sink for a variety of reasons, but that he believed our PolyLevel lifting and leveling solution would bring about the desired results. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sunken concrete slabs. As the foam expands and hardens, it slowly lifts the concrete back to its desired position. He went on to say that once the concrete was leveled, he would recommend the use of our NexusPro, a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks, specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up against harsh weather conditions.  Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry out. That means a single application can seal the joints and cracks in your concrete driveway, patio, or sidewalk for years to come, protecting it from damage caused by soil compaction and washout. The homeowner was thrilled with Dave's solution, and the two decided on a date. 

A month later, our Foreman, Pat B, and his team effortlessly lifted the sunken areas of the concrete back to it's previous state. Now, our customer is thrilled with the new and improved look of his concrete!
