She was pleased with the proposal that Mac presented to her, so she set a date to have our waterproofing system installed.

Our production team started the process by removing the carpet and the concrete for the WaterGuard drainage system and sump pump to be installed. The WaterGuard was laid on the perimeter of her basement and the sump pump was installed in the corner. The drainage system now properly drains water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line to be expelled from the home. Ann now has peace of mind that her basement will be a dry, clean space for years to come. A Lyle, MN, homeowner was facing an issue with his basement. His old sump pump had been cycling for days, even though there had been no rain in the last few months. Exhausted of hearing the system working overtime, he began to look for sump pump repairs near him. When he found American Waterworks, he figured signing up for one of our FREE estimates couldn't do any harm. A few weeks later, our Design Specialist headed out to the home. 

Once he completed his inspection, he met with the homeowner to inform him that we could address the issue using our TripleSafe sump pump. Our Design Specialist explained that the TripleSump is the most reliable pump in our lineup, providing three levels of protection for your basement and your peace of mind. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe boasts a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller® ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.  Our Design Specialist also recommended the addition of our Ultra Sump back-up system, which can pump out an excess of 11,500 gallons of water on a fully charged battery, which is enough water to fill a small swimming pool. The homeowner agreed to the work and scheduled the project for several weeks later.

Mark V. in Maple Plain, MN had a sunken front stoop that was sloping downwards towards his house, and one of the steps had sunk a couple of inches. He contacted us for a FREE estimate, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Kevin Beseman, to his home to provide him with a solution. Kevin assured him that we could level and raise his stoop using our PolyLevel foam injection. Mark was pleased to learn that our concrete repair solution is durable, faster, and more affordable than traditional concrete repair, and he moved forward with the installation. 

One of our PolyLevel experts, Troy Johnson, and his Co-Foreman, Chris Schomaker, drilled pencil-sized holes into his concrete stoop where it needed to be raised. Then, they injected the PolyLevel foam until the concrete was raised and leveled. Lastly, they filled the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro crack repair and sealant. The process was non-invasive, and it only took a couple of hours. Mark was impressed with the entire process and is happy he can enjoy a level stoop for years to come!

A homeowner in Maple Plain, MN, knew it was time to have the patio underneath their deck repaired. They were worried it would affect the stabilization of the deck, so the homeowner began searching for an expert to provide them with a solution. The homeowner was overwhelmed with all their options, so they asked a local Facebook group for any suggestions. Several of the members recommended working with us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our company. Once they saw our impressive ratings and reviews, the homeowners knew we were the best company for them. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Nick. Once Nick arrived at the home, he began his detailed inspection of the concrete. Nick completed the entire inspection and determined the concrete was sinking due to soil settlement. Additionally, Nick recommended permanently stabilizing the deck with our piering products. The homeowner agreed with Nick's suggestions, so he forwarded them to our office for the final stamp of approval. After the office approved the plans, they were sent to our Foreman, Dylon and Jesus, and their crews. First, Jesus and his crew traveled to the home to install two Helical Piers underneath the deck. After Jesus and his crew installed the Helical Piers, the crew could shift their focus to repairing the sunken concrete. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew took their turn lifting the patio back to its original level. The crew utilized PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, to level the patio.  Once the lift was complete, Dylon and his crew shifted their focus to filing the joints using the NexusPro Joint Repair, a silicone-based solution. Since the entire project was complete, the crew could clean up their materials and leave the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. Deborah O. of Sauk Rapids, MN had a severe crack in her foundation, causing her to feel nervous about the structural support of her home. She came across our website online and did some research on our foundation repair products. She requested a FREE Estimate so our Design Specialist, Shane Nephew, went to her home to carefully inspect the wall and give her some options on what solutions we could offer. Shane answered all of Deborah's questions and she was confident in our GeoLock Wall Anchor System, so she went ahead and got an installation date scheduled. 

Our Foreman, Juan Pena, and his production team began the process by digging five holes outside of the home. From the inside of the basement, our team inserted a long, metal rod from the inside foundation to each hole outside beyond the home. Juan and his crew tightened and screwed on a GeoLock Wall Anchors to the ends of each rod. Once tightened and secured, the wall anchor system stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil. To complete the installation, our team backfilled the holes and replaced the soil. Deborah was thrilled with the work!
