A homeowner in Plymouth, MN, was growing more and more frustrated with the concrete in front of her house. Her concrete stairs leading up to her front door were beginning to sink, creating a trip hazard and an eyesore. PolyLevel is a polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath sinking slabs, filling voids left by soil erosion and slowly lifting concrete back into place. Daniel went on to say that we finished our lifting process with the installation of our NexusPro. A silicone-based sealant, NexusPro gets applied directly to the cracks and joints in the slab being lifted, preventing unwanted elements from permeating the slab. The homeowner agreed with the proposed work and the job was scheduled for a month later.

Dave P. in Cleveland, MN noticed his patio concrete had settled and was uneven in a couple of spots. Next, our team installed our DryTrak Drain Pipe System, which is permanently installed above the floor. Our crew drilled a weep hole through each foundation block to enable the water to pour through the holes and into the drain pipe.
