A homeowner in Monticello, MN, disliked the look of their cracked and uneven sidewalk. Unsure of the cause, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. The homeowner looked into "cracked concrete repair near me," and the first company to grab their eye was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Greg. A few days later, Greg traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, Greg confirmed the concrete was suffering from settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Greg recommended inserting PolyLevel below the sinking sidewalk. The homeowner agreed and worked with Greg to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, we sent our Foreman, Bryce, to the home to begin the installation. First, Bryce and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking sidewalk. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to replacing the old joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. American Waterworks is happy to provide its homeowners with peace of mind.
Gary R. in Blooming Prairie, MN was tired of having a sunken, uneven concrete driveway. A friend recommended that he contact American Waterworks, so we sent our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, to his home to give him a FREE estimate. Gary had heard great things about our PolyLevel concrete repair solution and was pleased with Rick’s proposal, so he scheduled the repair.
One of our PolyLevel experts, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into the driveway and injected the polymer foam until the concrete slabs were raised and level. Once he had finished raising the concrete, he sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant which protects the concrete and gives it a beautiful, finished look. This process took about half a day. Gary was thrilled with the results and said that Brandon went above and beyond to get the job done right!

A customer from Blooming Prairie, MN got in contact with us when he began to notice that his concrete patio was beginning to sink away from the siding of his home. He was afraid that if left untreated, the trip hazard would become more dangerous. When he called us, we set him up with our FREE estimate, entitling him to a FREE estimate with one of our Design Specialists, Kevin. When Kevin arrived at the property, he assessed the damage, and when he finished he made his recommendations. He recommended the use of our PolyLevel injection to address the sinkage. He explained that our PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that gets injected beneath the problem slab to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. Our customer agreed and work began shortly after.
Our Foreman, Troy, and his Co-Foreman, Cory, began the process by strategically drilling holes in the concrete slab. Next, they injected the foam into the holes while closely monitoring the lifting process to ensure no overcorrection was made.
