Two homeowners in Orchard, IA had water present in their basement, causing them to worry about the value of their home. Our production team installed our WaterGuard Below-Floor Drain and our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier to repair the issues. Our WaterGuard is a special underground drain that stops water and mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. Jon W. in Eden Prairie, MN had a large crack through the concrete on his steps and his concrete had started sinking, causing a trip hazard. He previously had his stoop mud-jacked, but he was having problems again. He started looking for another concrete repair contractor to see what his options were, and he was directed to American Waterworks. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Rick Weber, to his home to assess his concrete situation and develop a solution. Jon was glad to learn that PolyLevel is a durable, faster, and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair, so he scheduled a date for the installation.

Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, drilled small holes into the concrete on his stoop where he needed to inject the foam. He injected our PolyLevel into the holes until the concrete slab was level. Then, he sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant, which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process only took about half a day, and now Jon will be able to enjoy level concrete for years to come.

A customer from Eden Prairie, MN got into contact with them since they have noticed foundation issues that result in horizontal cracks alongside their basement walls. Our customer feared if they left the problem unsolved it would result in it more damage to the basement wall and potentially cause the wall to fail and cave in. When they contacted us we then proceeded to offer them our FREE estimate, entitling them to a thorough inspection by one member of our Design Specialist team. Once the appointment was set, our Design Specialist, Ryan, headed out to inspect the issue. After completing a complete walkthrough, Ryan then was able to form a professional opinion on how to correct the issue. He then thoroughly explained to our customer that the best way to solve the issue of the cracks in the basement wall and foundation issue is by installing our GeoLock Channel Anchor System. Ryan explained the GeoLock Anchor System would be the ideal system for this problem and will help prevent any further bowing of the wall. Once complete, the customer was happy and stress-free knowing that their wall will now be supported and the problem is in the past.
