Don in Nashua, IA contacted us regarding a concrete issue at his business. He had two large garage doors on each end of his shop, and the concrete slabs right outside the garage doors had sunken and caused a trip hazard. We sent a Design Specialist out to his shop to inspect the concrete and provide him with a FREE estimate.

Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes into the concrete slabs and injected the polymer foam. Once the slabs were completely raised, they filled back the holes with concrete and sealed the cracks with our NexusPro sealant. The sealant protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. Once the sidewalk was lifted and leveled, the crew emptied and replaced the joints with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. After all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work done by the crew. Duane H. had a concrete driveway that was settling below his garage floor. This made the surface uneven and it had become a trip hazard. One of our concrete repair experts, Jared Wroblewski, drilled small holes in the concrete slabs and then injected the polymer foam, called PolyLevel, to raise the slabs to be even with the garage floor. Once the concrete was raised, he filled back the holes with concrete and filled the cracks in the concrete with our NexusPro sealant which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process took a couple of hours and now Duane and his family can enjoy safe and beautiful concrete for years to come!
