A homeowner in Rockford, MN, disliked the look of the sidewalk in front of their home. Not wanting to replace the entire slab, the homeowner sought a way to repair the concrete. When we caught their eye, the homeowner was looking through several different concrete repair companies. Seeing we offer an affordable concrete fix, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist. Once they arrived, the Design Specialist greeted the homeowners and conducted his inspection. Following his inspection, the Design Specialist determined that the sidewalk needed to be lifted and leveled. The Design Specialist suggested that the sidewalk be lifted and leveled using the PolyLevel. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed with the Design Specialist's suggestions. The Design Specialists passed on the plans to the assigned crew to begin production. Our Foreman, Sam, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the concrete lifting and leveling process. First, the crew inserted the PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted their focus to replacing the joints and filling the various cracks throughout the concrete. To fill these cracks and joints, the crew utilized the NexusPro Crack Selant. Finally, the crew cleaned up their job site and left the home. The homeowners were grateful that they did not need to replace the entire concrete slab. American Waterwork is happy to assist another homeowner in lifting their sidewalk.

Our foreman, Troy Johnson, and his production crew began the concrete repair by injecting our PolyLevel below the concrete to fill the gaps and stabilize the surface. PolyLevel is waterproof, it's not messy, and heavy loads can sit on it within 15 minutes after injection. To seal the cracks, our crew applied NexusPro, which is a special sealant made to provide long-term flexibility, and it gives the concrete a clean and neat appearance.
