Joe went to their home to inspect the problem and come up with a solution. The homeowners were confident in Joe's plan, so they went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, applied our NexusPro to secure the cracks in the step. Our NexusPro is a protective sealant that voids cracks provides long-term flexibility, and prevents any further soil disruption. It also gives the concrete a clean and neat appearance. Matt T. of Shakopee, MN had water leaking through the corner of his unfinished basement wall during heavy rainstorms and he wanted to get it looked at it before it got any worse. Our Foreman, Lane Schlobohm, and his production team started the work by installing our CleanSpace Half Wall System Vapor Barrier around the basement wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and mildew, and it acts as an extra wall protectant. Next, our team installed our DryTrak Drain Pipe System, which is permanently installed above the floor. Our crew drilled a weep hole through each foundation block to enable the water to pour through the holes and into the drain pipe. The installation only took one day and Matt was happy with the work that was completed!

Our Foreman and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter with a jackhammer. Our team formed a trench and installed our WaterGuard in the trench. Our WaterGuard does not only serve as an interior drainage system. It also prevents mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. To complete the installation, our Foreman and his crew filled the open gaps with small rocks and applied a new layer of concrete over them. Roger and Patricia were satisfied with our work and were happy with the transformation!

Our Foreman and his crew member began the project by injecting 51 pounds of our PolyLevel underneath the slab to fill the voids and stabilize the surface. Our PolyLevel is a special foam that cures quickly, is adjustable to all sizes, and is non-invasive, unlike mudjacking. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the cracks in the concrete. The purpose of NexusPro is to prevent moisture from invading the soil and it gives the concrete a neat and clean appearance. Matt was happy with the work that was completed!
